Dr. Nicole Bronson’s career includes ten years of full-time teaching experience, six years serving as a school or district leader, eight years of coaching and consultation with schools and small businesses, and five years working internationally. Dr. Bronson has facilitated countless professional learning workshops. She has also presented at national conferences on the topics of inequitable discipline practices and increasing access to STEM courses and careers for those who have been historically marginalized. Dr. Bronson spent seven years with one of the largest school districts in the United States where her final work included supporting 61 middle and high schools in implementing the Calculus Project. The purpose of the Calculus Project is to provide equitable opportunities and support in advanced-level mathematics for underrepresented populations.
Dr. Bronson earned undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Spanish and a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Florida. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. She has worked, studied, or volunteered in 6 different countries and has traveled to more than 30 countries. In addition to being the founder and CEO of Education360 LLC, Dr. Nicole recently joined the “Black Women in Tech” club as the CEO and Founder of CoFit365, a company who has designed a hybrid fitness and social engagement mobile app.

Taryn has spent the last decade in education supporting educators, instructional leaders, and school systems to rethink what is possible in the classroom. As an educator, she designed math curricula that encouraged students to explore the "why" behind the procedures. As a facilitator, she ensures professional learning is a space to grow practice and make an impact for students in the classroom. As a strategic partner, she has supported districts to shape and actualize their strategic vision for students, classroom, and community. Taryn values building a deep contextualized understanding of the community within and surrounding each school she sits in partnership with - so you can always expect her to lean in as a learner of your space, your students, and your community.

Dr. Sharisse Turner dedicated herself for over 35 years to serving underrepresented, under-served student populations at Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a former TCC developmental writing and reading instructor and dean of Transitional Studies. During her tenure at TCC, she oversaw two highly touted programs
Dr. Sharisse Turner dedicated herself for over 35 years to serving underrepresented, under-served student populations at Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a former TCC developmental writing and reading instructor and dean of Transitional Studies. During her tenure at TCC, she oversaw two highly touted programs - a summer bridge program for first generation students and students living in poverty as well as a peer mentoring program. Sharisse is the Vice President of the National Organization for Student Success. She has presented at several conference on topics ranging from college readiness to equity.
Sharisse has an AA degree from Chipola College, a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida, and two master’s degrees: one from Tallahassee Christian College and Training Center; the other from Walden University. She completed her doctoral studies at Baylor University. Sharisse and her husband, Derald, have three daughters, a son and six grandchildren.
